Corn and bacon fritters

Ingredients
3 rashers of bacon1 egg1/6 cup of self-raising flour2 scallions chopped10 grams of sundried tomatoes180 grams of creamed corn
Directions
Chop bacon, tomatoes and scallions. Mix all ingredients together, season. Heat non stick pan and spoon mixture in. Cook on one side for 4-5 minutes then turn. Serve with avocado and grilled tomatoes. Delicious!
