Gingerbread squares

Ingredients
Ingredients2.5 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoon ground ginger2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon baking soda1 cup splenda1 cup low-fat plain yogurt1 cup molasses2/3 cup butter, melted1/2 cup egg beatersCooking spray1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.

Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda, stirring with a whisk.

Combine granulated sugar and next 4 ingredients (granulated sugar through egg) in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in flour mixture. Pour batter into a 9 x 12-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle gingerbread with powdered sugar.
