Diet Vegetable soup

Ingredients
1/2 chopped cabbage8 oz. hamburger browned1 can green beans5 chopped carrots1 stalk chopped celery1 can diced tomato2 can chicken or beef broth2 Tbs olive Oil2 Tbs Balsamic vinegar1 can yellow corn1 pack of Foodlion soup mix vegetablesRed pepper flakes to tasteAdd parmesean cheese and serve
Directions
Brown the hamburger in olive oil
Chop the carrots cabbage and celery add to hamburger
Add broth and diced tomato
add mixed vegetables, corn and balsamic vinegar
season with salt peper & red pepper to taste.
divide into bowls and add parmesean cheese.
Refridgerate extra to warm up in microwave for later use.
