Apples & Oats

Ingredients
4 apples, cored and chopped2 TBS butter1/4 c honey, dividedcinnamon1 c oatmeal1/3 c dry milk
Directions
Heat butter in ovenproof saute pan. Drop apples and cinnamon in hot melted butter and saute for 4-5 min. Add 2 TBS honey and saute for another min. Meanwhile, combine oatmeal, milk, and honey with additional cinnamon. When apples are almost done, top with thin layer of oatmeal mixture and spray with Pam. Bake in medium oven for 20-30 min, until apples are completely done and Oatmeal is crisp. Makes 4 servings. Top with light ice cream (not included).
