Sausage, Potato, and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
8 oz sausage2 C chicken broth1-1 1/2 C peeled potato1 C Frozen corn2 C MilkCheese (optional
Directions
Brown Virginia style sausage (or season as you like) in pan and mash with fork until very small pieces. Add chicken broth, potatoes, and corn. Heat well; slowly add milk and cheese (optional) until hot. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
