*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)*Oatmeal, Irish Steel Cut McCanns (dry), 1 cup (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp (remove)1 1/2 cup splenda1 tbsp baking powder1 tbsp cinnamon1 tbsp gingerPumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup (remove)Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Cranberries, 1 cup, whole (remove)Pecans, 1 cup, halves (remove)
Directions
mix dry ingredients together, then add all other ingredients

spoon into muffin cups sprayed with non-stick coating

bake at 400 for 16-18 minutes
