Ingredients
4 oz. peppered pork tenderlointwo large leafs of iceburg lettuce1/4 hass avocado, skinned and seeded, in slices2 tbsp. hot salsa
Directions
Cook a peppered pork tenderloin and cut of 4 oz in thin slices. place 2 0z. in each lettuce cup and add half the avocado to each and one tbsp salsa to each. Wrap lettuce like a burrito and eat. simple and easy, and very tasty. U can also add pepper jack cheese for a little more flavor and spice.
