Kuffle croissants

Ingredients
375 ml flour30 ml sugar1 ml salt7 ml instant yeast1 beaten large egg65 ml lukewarm milk5 ml sugar
Directions
combine all dry ingredients (except 5ml sugar and milk) then add in egg. in seperate bowl heat milk to lukewarm add sugar and add to mixture. put dough in freezer for 1/2 hour, roll out and cut into pie shape and roll croissant shapes. Can eat with jam or sprinkle with salt.
