Cranberry Orange Relish (no sugar added)

Ingredients
16 oz of fresh cranberries1 good size orange or 2 small ones if you prefer the sweeter mandarin oranges, including the peel (if necessary remove the bitter white inner skin of the peel)1 medium size apple1 cup of Splenda
Directions
Mix the fresh cranberries, the apple and a good size orange (with peel) cut into parts in a food processor.
If you want you can peel the orange and scrape the white bitter inner skin off before adding the peel to the mix.
Process until desired consistency.
Blend in the Splenda.

Yields about 8 servings.

    Love this relish made with Splenda. Did have to add 1/4 cup of sugar to combat the aftertaste. Otherwise, it's so healthy without being full of sugar. - 12/4/20
