home made chocolate pudding

Ingredients
2 cups milk3 tbsp cornstarch1 cup sugar1/3 cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened)1 tbsp butter or margarine2 egg yolks1 tsp vanilla
Directions
mix cornstarch, sugar and cocoa powder. add milk. bring to a boil, stirring often. in a separate bowl, whip up 2 egg yolks. when pudding thickens, pour half into eggs, stir and pour back into pan. cook for 1 more minute then remove from heat. add butter/margarine and vanilla and stir. pour into serving dishes and allow it to cool. (makes 4 helpings)
