Spanish rice and peas

Ingredients
1 Cup white rice1 can green peas.50 cup green pepper.25 cup onions8 oz chicken broth2 tbsp canola oil1 tsp adob
Directions
Makes 3 servings
Warm up a pot with canola oil. Add peppers, onions and adobo. Cook for about a minute. Add green peas. Cook for one minute. Add chicken broth and cover until boiling
Add rice, stir and cover until most liquid has evaporated. Stir again and cover tightly to avoid vapors to come out.
Turn heat to low and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until grains soft.
Serve as side dish
