Ingredients
2 cups self-risiing yellow cornmeal1 cup flour1/2 cup egg beaters1/4 olive oil1 cup fat-free milkMix all ingredients together pour 1/4 cup mix in muffin pans.Bake in 350 degree oven about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour 1/4 cup mix in muffin pans.
Bake in 350 degree oven about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 20 small corn muffins.
