Ingredients
2 cans black beans1 large can corn2 bell peppers chopped1 bunch green onions chopped1 large can Rotel1 - 16oz bottle of Zesty Italian low fat dressingjalapeno's chopped (as much as you like)1 tbsp minced garlicjuice of 1 limefresh or dried cilantro chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate. Marinate for about 2 hours before serving. Dip with low-fat tortilla chips. Makes about 32 or more servings.
