Ingredients
* Grød Rice, 35 grams * Milk, 1%, 1 cup * Vanilla Extract, 5 grams * DDV Yogurt 7%, 125 grams * *Equal 0 Calorie Sweetner Packet, 3 tsp * Almonds, 25 grams * Cherry Sauce sugar free 0.25 cup
Directions
Boil 35grams raw grød rice in milk with vanilla extract for 15-25 minutes.. Let the rice cool off..

Sweeten the yogurt with sweetner, add the almonds which have been chopped in a food processor and mix the ingredients into the rice pudding..

Warm the cherry sauce up and pour over the rice..

Tip add 125 grams of stewed apple to the ris á la mande.
