Green monster soup

Ingredients
2 bunches fresh broccoli2 large leeks1 bunch of carrots ( with tops on, if you can find them)2 pounds (approx 4 large potatoes, any kind)1 large bunch kalegarlic to taste
Directions
makes approx 16 2 cup servings
1. dice all veggies into bite size pieces, except broccoli stems. leave them whole
2. boil potatoes first, cover with 1 inch of water for 15 min before adding remainder ingredients until tender, add more water as necessary ( as kale reduces)
3. take out stems and some of the mixture add 2 cups light soy milk to Vitamixer ( or other high power mixer) until creamy
4. add blender to mixture to veggies in pot, season to taste
5. Enjoy without feeling guilty
