Potatoes = 8 - 10 potatoes cut into cubescorn = 1- 15 oz can of cornblack eyed peas = 1- 15 oz. can of black eyed peasgreen beans = 1- 15 oz. can of green beansLima beans = 1- small can of Lima beanscarrots = 1- pound bag of baby carrots slicedcelery = 1 stalk of celery....sliced 1 - Large can of Diced TomatoesInstant cook Barley = 1 - cup uncooked barley4- Morning Star Veggie Burgers crumbled up6- cups of water for pre- cooking raw veggies.....
Mix all ingredients together in a Large crock pot.......and let it cook all day........ Makes about 16 ( 1 cup Servings ) Usually I pre-cook the raw vegs before I put them in the crock pot......add the water to the crock pot too ...............Add any other veggies you like or omit the ones you don't...........
