Ingredients
2 Whole Wheat Tortilla1 cup MushroomsPace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 2 tbsp Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk), 0.25 cup
Directions
Spray pan with PAM and cook mushrooms until soft. Spread salsa on one tortilla, add mushrooms and top with cheese. Top with 2nd tortilla and cook in quesadilla maker for 4 or 5 minutes.
