Gretchen's Chili

Ingredients
1lb roll of jennie-o ground turkey1 can of kidney beans1 can of pinto beans1 cup of pace picante' sauce1 cup chopped onion3 tbsp chile powder2 cups instant rice (cooked by direction)8 oz of shredded lowfat cheese8 oz of reduced fat sour cream.
Directions
Brown meat with onion. Pour in both cans of beans. Add chile' powder and picante sauce. Cook on med heat for about 25- 30 min. Serve about 1/8 of chile' over 1/3 cup rice and top with 1 oz cheese and 1 oz sour cream. Makes 8 servings.

    Very good! Used Northern Beans instead of Kidney because that is what I had. Will try Black Beans next time. - 1/10/10
