Rice and Hash

Ingredients
2 cups white rice1 can corned beef hash2 cups water
Directions
Break apart corned beef hash in pot.
Add 2 cups of rice
Add 2 cups of water
Bring to boil
Cook on low for 45 minutes to one hour or until rice is soft

    I am MSAXON94'S sister. Our father taught us this recipe. I love it. I was over my sisters house on Sunday, and she made this dish for supper (upon my request of course) and it was wonderful. The flavoring of the rice with the hash is just awesome. I definetly recommend this recipe for rice lov - 3/2/10
