Schuh's Chocolate/Cherry Power Bars v.12.30.09

Ingredients
2.25 C Rolled Oats; .25 C ground flax seeds, .25 C Quinoia Flakes, .5 C crushed raw Almonds, .25 C Wheat Germ, .5 C Wheat Bran, 1.5 C Evaporated Skim Milk, 8 Tbs Hemp Powder, .25 C Unsweetened Apple Juice, 3 medium mashed Bananas, .25 C Maple Syrup, .25 tsp Cinnamon, 2 Tbs pure Cocoa.
Directions
Add all ingredients and mix together, preferably with a stand mixer for a minute or until all ingredients are well blended, whichever comes first. The consistency needs to be completely moist but maliable to easily shape into bars with a silicon scraper or pair of knives. Portion out onto a baking sheet, shaping into 2-inch x 3-inch bars. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until firm. Let cool. Leave no more than a day's worth out. The rest go into the freezer. Take out the morning that you want to eat. There are no preservative, so they go funky very quickly. Enjoy. Play around with the different ingredients. Add extra Soy Protien Powder for lean, appetite curbing power.
