special Spaghetti

Ingredients
400 grams ground mixed beef / pork mince1 green pepper (bell pepper) chopped1 red pepper (bell pepper) chopped1 Yellow pepper (bell pepper) chopped2 small cans tomatoes cubed or 4 fresh tomatoes cubed2 tbsp basilspeghetti (gluten free)grated parmessen
Directions
In a large pot, saute the peppers that have been
chopped for about 5 minutes or until soft

add the minced meat , tomatoes and basil, salt and pepper for extra flavour.

cook on a soft fire or low heat for about 10 minutes,

during this time cook the speghetti and drain well

server hot with cheese topping.
