Lemon-Herb Roasted Salmon

2 5 oz salmon fillets1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper2 Tbsp lemon juice, divided5 tsp splenda1/2 tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp dried thyme1/2 tsp lemon zest1 tsp minced garlic1/4 tsp oregano
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a small, shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper; place salmon in prepared baking dish and drizzle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon lemon juice, splenda, parsley, thyme, lemon zest, garlic and oregano; whisk until splenda is dissolved and set aside.
Roast salmon until almost done; about 13 minutes; remove from oven and top with lemon-herb mixture. Return to oven and roast until salmon is fork-tender, about 2 minutes.
