Hot and Sour Stock

Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth.1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar2 tbsp soy sauce1/4 cup cornstarch1 tbsp oil1 tsp hot chili pepper paste
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a sauce pan. Stirring to create a smooth texture. Bring to a slow boil. You can add vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder to taste.
