Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green bell pepper1 cup sliced celery2 16 oz. can kidney beans2 16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up6 oz. can tomato paste2 cloves garlic, minced3 tbsp. chili powder2 tsp. salt
Directions
Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, and celery. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1-2 hours. Makes 10 servings.
