Ingredients
12 oz. Can Fat-Free Evaporated Milk2 Cups Water2 Scoops (31g) Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Powder (vanilla)1/4 Cup Brown Sugar1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon Allspice1/4 Teaspoon Stevia Extract1 Cup Steel Cut Oats (uncooked)
Directions
Add all ingredients to 1-1/2 quart casserole that will fit into your crockpot easily and mix well. Place into "water bath" in crockpot and cover. Cook on low setting for 6 hours. Wake up to a delicious breakfast. Makes 4 servings.
