Greek Green Omelet

Ingredients
2 eggsSplash of milk, a little less than a quarter cup1 Scallion, choppedBasil Pesto 2 tsp1 slice provolone cheese1 oz fat free fetaPat of butter (to grease the pan)
Directions
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk with the pesto, scallions, and milk.

Grease a non stick pan with the butter, on medium low heat.

Pour egg mixture into the pan, and let it set, swirling around to even it out.

Flip the omelet, and add the cheeses. Let cook for 1 minute to let the other side set, then fold over. Let the cheese melt, and eat
