* *Gourd, white-flowered (calabash), cooked, 3 cup (1" cubes) (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * *ghee, 1 tsp (remove) * Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * *garam masala, 1 tbsp * *Onion, raw, 1 medium 2-1/2" diameter(110g), 110 gram(s) * *Chef's Net Frozen Raw Shrimp 26/30, 5 oz * Milk, 2%, 1 cup chilli powder- 1.5 tspginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
heat the ghee , aqdd cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and chopped onion.
when the onion turns brown, add calabash, milk, 1 cup water and turmeric, salt , garam masala and chilli powder.
once the calabash turns transparent and is almost done and the water evaporates, add the shrimp and cook till done.
can be served with rice or roti.
