Vegan 100% Whole Wheat Bread

2 c. water4 T. agave nectar4 1/2 c. white whole wheat flour4 1/2 T. vital wheat gluten1 t. diastatic malt powder (optional)pinch ascorbic acid powder (optional)2 T Earth Balance margarine2 1/4 t. (1 packet) instant yeast
Put ingredients into bread machine in the order recommended for your machine. Set machine to dough cycle.
When machine is done, remove dough and shape into a long log and put in lightly greased pain de mie pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until it is 1/4 in. from the top, then slide on pan top.
Turn on oven to 350 degrees and let preheat for 20 min Bake25 minutes then remove lid. Let continue to bake for 10 to 15 min, until internal temperature is 205 degrees..
