Sesame Ginger Leeks

Ingredients
1 cup chopped leeks white and light green parts1 tbsp sesame oil1 chopped clove garlic1 tsp fresh grated ginger root1 tsp sesame seeds1 tbsp rice vinegar3 tbsp water
Directions
heat sesame oil in skillet
add sesame seeds, garlic, leeks, ginger, vinegar and water.
sautee stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed
sautee further until leeks and sesame seeds are browned
then eat!
