Ingredients
pork shoulder- 5 lbssauerkraut- 1 lg. jar
Directions
place pork in slow cooker. cover and cook 12 hours. remove bones and visible fat. use tongs to break up meat. add kraut and cook another hour. makes a ton. by my measure, at least 25 servings. very good over mashed potatoes!
