Ingredients
2.5 C Flour2T. Brown sugar1tsp. real vanilla exstract4 tsp.Baking Powder 2C milk 1%1T. unsalted butter or oil2 eggs beaten.
Directions
Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and vanilla together.
In a seperate bowl blend milk, eggs, butter or oil. Add together, mix well.
Makes 18, 4-4.5" round flat pancakes.
