Fast-Dash Lunch for On-The-Go-ers

Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese, 6 slices (1 oz) Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz Flour Tortillas, 2 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Banana, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
Directions
1.Take the one of the two flour tortillas and place it on a paper plate.
2. Place three slices of block(not presliced or individually packadged) cheddar cheese and lay them length wise down the center of the tortilla.
3. Put the paper plate with the tortilla on it into a microwave and cook it on HIGH for 30 seconds.
4.Remove the plate and fluff (lift the edges slightly so that the tortilla doesn't stick to the plate) the tortilla, fold it and set it aside on a cutting board or on a separate plate.
5. Repeat steps 1 and 2, then sprinkly 3 ounces of mozzarella cheese down the tortilla length wise and continue with steps 3 and 4.
6. Get the banana and slice it in half and use that as your side.

For a drink it is recomended that you use water or juice.
