Curried White Bean Spread and Dip

Ingredients
1 can (15oz) Great Northern Beans1 tsp. olive oil1/4 cup loosley packed parsley1 tsp. curry powder (more if you really like curry)water, to thin1 clove garlic2 tsp. lemon juicesalt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except salt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse, adding water as needed, until beans make a smooth paste. Add salt to taste and pulse to completely combined. Serve as a spread on sandwiches or as a dip for fresh veggies.
