Quick and Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 64 ounce bottle low sodium V8 Vegetable Juice1 lb lean beef cubes1 small package frozen mixed vegetables1/2 small onion, diced1 tsp cumin1 tsp oregano1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Brown beef cubes in pan, do not use oil or Pam as the beef will generate juice. Add diced onion and spices and stir with beef until onion is clear.

Pour V8 juice into crock pot and add frozen vegetables. Add beef/onion mixture. Cook on low heat for approximately 5-6 hours or until vegetables are done. Adjust spices to suit taste.
