Low Carb Broccoli Pie

Ingredients
2 packages frozen broccoli12 oz Trader Joe's Lite Shredded 3 Cheese Blend 1 C onions, chopped 2 T whole wheat flour3 t Worcestershire SauceSalt & pepper2 large eggs, lightly beaten1/4 C almonds, ground
Directions
Combine ingredients with anything else in the refrigerator that looks good (mushrooms, zucchini, peas). Place in 9x9 pan and top with almonds. Bake at 350˚ for about 30 min. or until brown on top and melted in the middle.

    This was really good. Since the recipe did not say how large each package of broccoli should be I just used 1 16oz bag and reduced the onion to about 1/2 cup. I also omitted the worchestershire sauce just because we are not too crazy for it at our house. Overall very good and I will make it again. - 3/13/12
