Ingredients
8 cabbage leaves3 cups cooked buckwheat1 cup mashed tofu1 large chopped onion2 cups vegetable broth3 eggslow fat cream of mushroom soup optional
Directions
steam or microwave cabage remove 8 large leaves. Mix dry buck wheat with one egg. Fry until egg dried. Add vegetable broth cook according to package about 10 minutes till broth absorbed. Sweat onion. Add to kasza cool slightly mix in mashed tofu. and 2 other eggs. Bake with soup mixed with water to cover. Or use more vegetable broth which would decreas calories but also taste a bit too. Bake 90 to 120 minutes according to taste. Longer cooking softens cabbage and dries whole a bit. Very yummy
