Ingredients
Chicken Broth - used low sodium one large box, plus one can1 can white beans1 can basil and oregano flavored stewed tomatoes1 C celery chopped1 medium onion1 C frozen green beans1 C carrots4-5 ozs Chicken breast (I used the Purdue precooked chicken which makes it quick and easy)Oregano (about 1T)Black Pepper (2 tsps)
Directions
put all ingredients in a pot and cook for 45 minutes (because brown rice calls for 45 minutes to cook). I also added black pepper and oregano to taste.

Makes 6 1 1/2 C servings

    I made this but I added kidney beans, added broccoli instead of green beans. Very good. I put this in the crock pot and it was done in about 4 hrs. on high. Will make again - 1/25/20
