Veggie Fruity Smoothie

5 carrots, 2 bananas, 1 Atkins Advantage Vanilla Shake, 1 orange, peeled, 60 red seedless grapes (2 cups), 3 cups water, 5 oz. organic fresh baby spinach, 8 tsp. Powdered Fiber supplements,
15 ounces per serving = total of 7 servings
Put everything in a high powered blender ( I use the Montel Williams Healthmaster).
Blend on low speed, gradually add speed until all is blended and smooth.
Great warm or cold.
Store in airtight pitcher and refridgerate.
