Breakfast Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
6oz Yoplait Light Yogurt (I like Strawberry Shortcake)1/2 Cup NonFat Milk3/4 Cup Frozen Berries
Directions
In a blender, layer in the yogurt, berries & milk. Blend approximately 20-30 seconds or until desired consistency (I like mine a little thicker). Makes 2 servings. I enjoy mine in a fun wine glass, it makes it more enjoyable!
