1/2 Cup Ketchup2Tbsp splenda brown sugar1 tbsp mustard1 tbsp apple-cider vinegar1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp cumin1/8 tsp ground ginger6 boneless skinless chicken Thighs1 Small onion chopped3-5 cloves of garlic (put through press)
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) together in a bowl. Put sauce in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Place chicken in the crockpot and pour sauce over the top. Cook on high for four hours. After the chicken is cooked you should be able to pull it apart with two forks. Spoon into rolls.
