Ingredients
1 lb elbow pasta1.5 lb lean ground beef1 cup onion, diced2 pkgs chili seasoning2 15oz cans diced tomatoes2 15oz cans chili beans8 oz 2% velveta cheese16 oz water
Directions
Brown Ground beef with diced onions. Drain off fat. Add diced tomatoes and seasoning. Cook elbows in salted water in a large pot until done, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain and add velveta. Stir in chili beans. Add ground beef mixture. Add up to 16 oz water, as desired. makes 16 8oz servings. Tastes better the next day!
