South Beach - Sausage & Cheese Breakfast Cups (modified)

Ingredients
Jennie-O Ground Turkey Sausage, 4 ozGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Egg, fresh, 5 large Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a 6 cup non stick muffin pan with Pam
Cook the sausage, pepper and onion for five minutes or until sausage is cooked
Spoon mixture into bowl and allow to cool
Stir in eggs and mushrooms
Evenly divide in muffin pan
Sprinkle with cheese
