Asparagus and Olive Saute

Ingredients
16 Asparagus spears (or one bundle)2 tbsp sliced green olives (with pimento)2 garlic cloves minced4 tbsp EVOO/Canola oil mix2 tsp sea salt1 tsp ground peppercorns
Directions
in skillet, heat olive oil over medium low heat. Add olives and garlic. Saute for about 1 min. Add asparagus, salt, and pepper to skillet. Toss to coat evenly. Cook over medium heat stiring frequently for about 3-5 mins.
Serves 4.
