Ingredients
1 Can Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas)1/4 cup tahini1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurtJuice of 1 lemon2 cloves of garlic (smashed)1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepperA roasted red pepper is optional, gives the hummus a delcious twist!
Directions
Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.

Combine all ingredients and mix in a food processor until blended.
