White Bean & Ham Stew

Ingredients
2 Cloves of Garlic chopped3 Tbs Olive Oil1 Lb Ham1 14.5 Oz Can Diced Tomatoes2 14.5 Oz Cans White Beans1 3/4 Cup Chicken Broth5 Oz Fresh ArugulaFresh or Dried Thyme to tasteSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute chopped garlic in oil. Add ham, tomatoes, beans broth and spices. Bring to boil and lower heat. Add arugula and cook until wilted. Serve.

Makes aproximately six one cup servings.
