Ingredients
Directions
Two cups corn flakes, crushedOne egg or egg whiteOne package of onion soup mixOne tablespoon garlic powderOne half cup shredded swiss cheeseBoneless, skinless chicken breast (I used tenders)
Crush two cups of corn flakes. Add the package of onion soup and the tablespoon of garlic powder and mix well.
Separate the egg if you wish; this recipe's nutritional information used the entire egg. Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg, then into the flake mixture and press the mixture into the chicken breast, coating well. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and spread shredded swiss across the top, place back in the oven for another ten minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
