PUMPKIN APPLE BREAD

Ingredients
2 CUPS ALL-PURPOUSE FLOUR1/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR1TEASPOON BAKING POWDER1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA1/2 TEASPOON SALT 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON1 EGG 1 CUP LOW-FAT BUTTERMILK1 APPLE PEELED, CORED, AND GRATED1/2 CUP CANNED PUMPKIN PUREE1 TEASPOON CONFETIONERS' SUGAR
Directions
1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F: SPRAY A 9 BY 5" LOAF PAN WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY.

2. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE THE FLOUR, THE GRANULATED SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT AND CINNAMON. IN A SMALL BOWL, BEAT THE EGG; ADD THE BUTTERMILK, APPLE AND PUMPKIN. POUR OVER THE FLOUR MIXTURE; STIR JUST UNTIL BLENDED ( DO NOT OVER MIX)

3. SPOON INTO PAN. BAKE UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN, 1-1 1/4 HOURS. COOL IN THE PAN ON A RACK 10 MINUTES; REMOVE FROM THE PAN A COOL COMPLETELY ON THE RACK. DUST WITH CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND SERVE.
