AntCof's White Bean & Ham Soup with Spinach

Ingredients
2 cups dried White beans1 cured ham bone with meat (about 1cup ham)1 large onion, chopped2 cups chopped spinachabout 12 cups of water2 Knorr Ham flavored bouillion cubes (Extra Large)
Directions
In a large pot combine dried beans, ham bone, onion, and bouillion. Bring to a boil, lower heat to low or simmer and continue to cook for 2 hours. Ham on bone will fall off and beans will be tender. If you like you can add bay leave to soup for more flavor during cooking. When ready to serve, toss in the spinach until wilted and serve.

Season with pepper if you wish.

Serves 8 = 1 1/2 cups each
