Ingredients
1 lb. Lean ground beef.5 c. chopped green pepper1 medium onion-chopped1tbsp. garlic powder1tsp cayenne pepper1c. tomato sauce1 medium carrot shredded.5 c. BBQ Sauce2 tsp Worcestershire sauce8 nature's own honey wheat hamburger buns
Directions
*brown lean ground beef and drain off fat
*add all other ingredients except buns. Cover and let simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.


This can also be done in a crockpot for parties...just remember to brown the ground beef first!
