Ingredients
Directions
One 16 oz package Dreamfields LinguineOne 26 oz can of Hunts Garlic & Herb spaghetti sauce3 medium zucchini's3 cloves of garlic1/3rd of a large, white onion16 oz of fresh mushrooms1 tbsp of thyme3 tbsp of oregano
1. Cut up ingredients (onions, garlic, zucchini, mushrooms.
2. Add seasonings to vegetables.
3. Cook vegetables with some water in a skillet for about 5 to 8 minutes until onions are clear and other vegetables are well done.
4. Drain vegetables
5. Add spaghetti sauce.
6. Cook linguine per directions (usually 10 to 12 minutes in boiling water).
7. Drain linguine.
8. Mix all together and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 5 large dinner servings or 8 smaller lunch sized servings (recipe nutrition shows for 5 large dinner servings).
